This heritage residential property in the Christchurch suburb of Merivale was in need of releveling and floor work following the Canterbury earthquakes. This work was undertaken by JAR Builders with extensive floor replacement required. As you can see in the pictures, every part of the floor on the ground level was removed and replaced.
