EQC On-Sold Repairs
Did you apply for the Government’s On-Sold repairs program? If so, we can help you navigate the process of getting your repairs taken care of. We understand that this process can be daunting and a time of confusion and overwhelm. We can guide you through the process to simplify and make it much easier on everyone concerned.
The EQC on-sold program (now administered by the Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake) is still running for existing applicants only. It is in its final phase, and new applications are no longer being accepted (the deadline for applications to the program was 14 October 2020). The Natural Hazards Commission is currently working with applicants to complete the process under the new deadlines and criteria.
